This service is tailored for individuals who are creative enough to carry out their design projects independently, while benefiting from our professional guidance in the design process.
Your benefits from this service include:
- Up to two hour site visit Consultation to discuss the project and take the measurements.
- Initial Design Book (PDF) presenting a design concept through mood boards that encompass design, lighting, and furniture style, along with a color scheme and decoration items.
- up to two furnished floorplan proposals customized to your unit ( Based on the measurements provided by the client)
- 1st Revision (to discuss the initial design book befor 3D with the client)
- 3D shots ( to visualize every detail in your space )
- 2nd Revision (to discuss all the design before finalizing)
- Final Design Book (PDF) presenting:
- Detailed floor plan with furniture layout.
- 3D shots.
- Finishes and products schedule.
- Working drawings.
- One follow up call (within 4 months)
*The rate is 150 AED per m² (min. 10 m²). For areas less than 10 m², a fixed fee of 1,500 AED applies.
Discounts available for areas over 100 m².
*A 250 AED fee applies for travel outside Dubai within the UAE.
*A 50% advance payment is required before taking the measurements.
Note: Yosterior is permitted to:
- use the Client’s Portfolio to advertise and promote work that the Interior Decorator has provided to the Client.
“Portfolio” means any work product, including any taken photos, videos, promotional materials or articles, delivered, performed by or contributed by Interior Decorator
