5th Settlement Duplex

Out of all the projects we took over, this one stands as proof of our ability to turn complexity into a motivation to excel.

The client wanted to transform the basement into a complete two-bedroom apartment with an area of 405 FT2. There was no ventilation and only one façade for natural light. The internal staircase made our task even more complicated.

We suggested relocating the staircase to make the best use of the available ventilation and natural light, in the bedrooms.
