- Up to two hours site visit to discuss the project and take the measurements.
- Initial Design Book (PDF) presenting a design concept through mood boards that encompass design, furniture style, along with a color scheme and decoration items.
- up to two furnished floorplan proposals customized to your unit
- 1st Revision (to discuss the initial design book befor 3D with the client)
- 3D shots ( to visualize every detail in your space )
- 2nd Revision (to discuss all the design before finalizing)
- Final Design Book (PDF) presenting:
- Detailed floor plan with furniture layout.
- 3D shots.
- Full package schedules.
- BOQ with one revision
- Full package of detailed millwork drawings
- Full Supervision throughout the execution stages and co-ordination with the subcontractors and the purchasing process.
- Complete Installation to every item in your home.
Full Survice fees are 20% from the total cost of the project.
If the project is less than 80m2 the fees will be 25% from the total cost of the project
