- 1st Revision (to discuss the initial design book befor 3D with the client)
- 3D shots ( to visualize every detail in your space )
- 2nd Revision (to discuss all the design before finalizing)
- Final Design Book (PDF) presenting:
- Detailed floor plan with furniture layout.
- 3D shots.
- Full package schedules.
- BOQ with one revision
- Full package of detailed millwork drawings
- Full Supervision throughout the execution stages and co-ordination with the contractors and the purchasing process.
Landscape fees are 20% from the total budget of the project
